How to Order: Choose the product, add to cart, then click "Continue to cart." Proceed to checkout, enter data, choose delivery and payment, and get a confirmation message once sent.

Getting Your Order: Options: personal collection at our Budapest showroom (free), or courier service via GLS with indicated prices. Cash-on-delivery has an additional fee, and Parcel Express for small packages at 2€.

Viewing and Trying Products: Visit our Budapest showroom at 2-4 Monori Street in the 10th district to view and try products from 9 AM to 4:30 PM daily.

Payment Options: Three options: pay in person (cash/credit) at Budapest store, pay the courier (bank card/cash for cash on delivery), or opt for online payment via bank card or bank transfer.

Delivery Time: In-stock items shipped within 2-5 working days. Personal pick-up available immediately upon notification.

Product Damage: Immediately check the package for damage upon receiving. If damaged, record it with the courier for an easy replacement. If the product has an operational error, contact us at info@techsend.eu.

Return Policy: You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. Fill the withdrawal form, return the unopened product, and upon receipt, we'll refund the price. Read more in our terms or contact customer service for assistance. Note: Electronic goods can be returned only in original packaging, untested, and with no depreciation. Any decrease in value may affect the refund amount.
