1. How can I order?
Place the desired product in the cart, then click the Continue to cart button. If all your selected products are already in your basket, click the Proceed to checkout button at the bottom of the basket page. After that, you have to enter the data necessary for the purchase, choose a delivery and payment method, and after sending the order, a confirmation message will let you know that you have done everything perfectly and that we have received your order.

2. How do I get the ordered product?
Our online store offers several delivery methods. The first and most traditional way is personal collection, when, if you happen to live near our showroom in Budapest, you can come to us in person, even on the day of your order, and pick up your selected product. Our address: 1101 Budapest, Monori utca 2-4. E-5. Of course, it's free, and we'll even give you a coffee if you get tired of it. :)
You have the option of ordering a courier service. Techsend's contracted logistics partner is GLS, so we handle this through them. You can request your package at the nearest GLS Parcel Point, or even at home. The exact price for this is always indicated on the product page for the given products. If you choose the cash-on-delivery payment method, there will be an additional cash-on-delivery handling fee. In addition, in the case of small packages, you can also choose the Parcel Express delivery method for HUF 750.
3. Can I view or try the product before I buy it?
Naturally! Techsend is primarily an online store, but you can view and try our products in our showroom in Budapest, located in the 10th district, at 2-4 Monori Street. Feel free to come in, even if you don't have a specific product selected or ordered, we welcome you at any time! Our opening hours: every day from 9 to 16:30.
4. How can I pay?
Currently, you can choose from 3 payment methods in our online store. If you pick up your package in person at our store in Budapest, you can pay the total amount of the order on the spot with cash or credit card. If your package is delivered by a courier service, you can pay with them either by bank card or cash (if you choose the cash on delivery option). And if you prefer online payment, you can settle the amount of the order on the online bank card payment interface or by bank transfer.
5. When will I receive my package?
If your selected product is in stock, we will place your order within 1-2 working days, which will arrive the next working day (if GLS courier service is chosen). Orders placed before noon on working days will be delivered the same day! If you choose a personal pick-up, you can even come to our showroom for it right away, as soon as we notify you, we will deliver it there immediately. If you see the inscription "available for pre-order" for a product, it means that the product is not currently in our local warehouse, but there is a chance that we will be able to get it within a few days. If you want a product, just request a notification about it and we will send you an email as soon as it arrives.
6. What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
It is important that you immediately open and check the package you received from the courier, and if you see any signs of damage, be sure to record it with the courier. In such cases, we can replace it much more easily.
If the package is undamaged, but you notice an error in the operation of the product, contact us at email@example.com and we can discuss the next steps there.
7. If I change my mind, can I return the product?
Yes, you have the option of the so-called to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. You can then indicate your intention by filling out the withdrawal form, and after you have returned the unopened product and we have received it, we will return the price to you. Since our online store distributes electronic goods, according to the law we can only take them back in their original packaging, and only if the product has been tested to the maximum, and therefore no depreciation has occurred.
