About the right of withdrawal

 

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, as well as Regulation 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. (II.26.) Pursuant to the regulations of the Government Decree, you may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the ordered product, or return the ordered product.

The consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal:

with regard to a product or service, the price or fee of which depends on the possible fluctuation of the money market, which cannot be influenced by the company, even during the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal;
with regard to a product with closed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening and/or use after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. razor, toothbrush, earphones, headphones, etc.)
for personally purchased products
with regard to a product which, due to its nature, is inseparably mixed with another product after delivery;
with regard to the sale and purchase of audio and video recordings in sealed packaging, as well as copies of computer software, if the consumer has opened the packaging after delivery;
and in all other cases stipulated by law, which you can find detailed information about in the General Terms and Conditions.

Product return, cancellation procedure

 

1. Contact our customer service at the email address service@techsend.hu, then fill in your data on the self-service interface in the link provided.

2. Fill in the Return form received from customer service, then send it back by email, or include it with the product in the package you are returning. Request the withdrawal statement by email or download it HERE.

3. Carefully pack the unopened product and send it back with the courier service you ordered to the following address:

Attention! In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must arrange for the return of the product at his own expense! The product affected by the cancellation cannot be returned by cash on delivery, we are unable to accept cash on delivery.

In the event that the Buyer, who is considered a consumer, withdraws from the contract for the purchase of the product with a unilateral declaration, but has used the product affected by the withdrawal to an extent that exceeds the use necessary to determine its nature, properties and operation, he is responsible for the depreciation of the product. The Service Provider applies an amount proportional to this decrease in value during the refund of the purchase price of the product affected by the right of withdrawal, i.e. this amount is deducted from the purchase price to be refunded. The size of the depreciation is determined based on the nature, value (purchase price) of the product affected by the cancellation, and the degree of wear and tear resulting from use as described above.
